Jenifer Wall
Since graduating from the University of Brighton, Jenifer has developed a range of hand-raised jewellery, spectacle cases, evening bags and bowls in steel, silver, brass and copper. Every piece is totally unique, having been individually made from start to finish at her studio-based business in 1996, producing a range of one-off and repeatable metal objects.
Jenifer produces totally unique jewellery, spectacles cases, evening bags and bowls, combining different metals, and using techniques of etching and patination to further distinguish each piece. The inspiration for her work comes from the coastline: pebbles and stones from different beaches; rows of battered and worn-down breakwaters, encrusted with tiny stones; crumbling cliffs with slipping layers of strata; a line of quartz running through dark stone.
